Thanks for taking the time to chat. Firstly, and I'm not going to beat around the bush, are the allegations about the e. coli content of your photographs true? Well I am going to let my public speaker handle this one... John steps up to the podium: "The whole ecoli event has been exaggerated, I would first like to say that. The EPA has a regulation for more than 78% of a product to be infected and ours has 76% so therefore we are under standards.
